Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced, client-focused Florida 2-20 Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative to join our growing Florida team. This role will support our commercial book of business — including towing companies, auto repair shops, transportation businesses, and other commercial auto accounts. You will serve as the frontline support contact, helping clients understand coverage, maintain their policies, and navigate insurance needs with clarity and confidence.

Key Responsibilities

Client Support / Policy Service

Serve as the primary point of contact for client questions related to commercial policies (billing, coverage, endorsements, COIs, cancellations, etc.).
Provide clear, accurate education to clients — simplifying commercial insurance concepts for tow / repair shop business owners.
Process endorsements, policy changes, renewals, rewrites, cancellations, and payments.
Maintain accurate and detailed account files within agency management systems (Hawksoft, Agency Zoom, etc.).

Sales Support

Assist with quoting and information gathering for renewals and remarketing.
Identify opportunities for additional coverage / account rounding and communicate needs to the sales team.

Claims Assistance

Assist clients with FNOL submissions and serve as support liaison during initial stages of claim handling.

Compliance & Administration

Maintain active Florida 2-20 Customer Representative license.
Ensure all servicing is performed within Florida DFS compliance standards.

Qualifications

Required

Active Florida 2-20 License
Minimum 3–5 years CSR experience in commercial insurance service (tow / auto repair commercial auto experience strongly preferred)
Strong working knowledge of Florida commercial insurance rules / standards
Excellent verbal & written communication skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational accuracy
Experience with agency management systems + Microsoft Office Suite
