As the friendly voice of Colstan & Associates, Cathy is often the first point of contact for our clients. She answers and directs calls while ensuring every client inquiry is met with professionalism and care. Whether assisting with personal or commercial insurance matters, Cathy is committed to providing a seamless and supportive experience.
In addition to her front-desk responsibilities, Cathy handles a wide range of client service tasks. She issues binders, ID cards, Certificates of Insurance, Bonds, and Motor Vehicle Reports (MVRs), helping clients get the documentation they need quickly and accurately.
Cathy’s attention to detail and approachable nature make her a vital part of our team’s day-to-day operations.
Outside the office, Cathy enjoys staying active through biking and walking, embracing the outdoors whenever she can.
