My career in customer service began at just 14 years old, laying a strong foundation in working with people—something I consider one of my greatest strengths. You could say I’ve become an expert in understanding and meeting client needs with care and professionalism. My journey into the insurance world began after a year in the medical field, when a former colleague introduced me to the opportunities and impact of the industry. Since then, I’ve been passionate about helping clients protect what matters most through transparency, empathy, and exceptional service. Providing outstanding client care isn’t just a professional expectation; it’s something I truly value and take pride in. Outside of work, I’m passionate about fashion, sports cars, and self-development, but most importantly, my greatest joy and motivation come from being the best mom I can be.
