She began her career in 1979 and spent 17 years at Travelers Insurance, followed by roles at several well-respected agencies. After retiring at 65, Karen’s passion for the industry brought her back just two years later, this time in a part-time role where she continues to make a meaningful impact. At Colstan, Karen supports day-to-day customer service operations and serves as assistant to the CSR manager, helping ensure every client receives timely, accurate, and thoughtful support. Known for her attention to detail and decades of insight, Karen is a go-to resource for both colleagues and clients alike.
