Nichole Turner

Nichole Turner began her insurance career in 2008 after earning her Life Insurance License while working as a Personal Banker. Although she progressed into management within banking, she realized that path wasn’t where she wanted to stay in the long term. Coming from a family deeply rooted in insurance, including her mother, a licensed insurance broker, Nichole was encouraged to transition into the Property & Casualty side of the industry. After a serious car accident in 2010, she took that step and enrolled in insurance school, determined to build a career where she could truly help protect people and make an impact.

Nichole started in Personal Lines insurance, gaining foundational experience before expanding into Commercial Lines in 2015. Since then, she has grown into a highly knowledgeable commercial insurance specialist who continues to learn and evolve every single day. She believes that insurance is an industry where ongoing education matters, especially when supporting clients throughout Florida and New York. Her priority is helping individuals and business owners stay protected, informed, and confident in their coverage.

Nichole is passionate about educating clients, providing clarity on coverage, and recommending solutions that best match their needs. For her, true success is knowing her clients are happy, protected, and fully understand the policy they are purchasing.

Outside of work, Nichole enjoys spending quality time with her husband and their dog, Marshall.
