Sarah began her insurance career at Schreiner-Blaeser Agency Corp. in 2011, which was later acquired by Colstan & Associates in 2013. Sarah plays a dual role, servicing both personal and commercial lines while also overseeing the agency’s financial operations. Her diverse skill set and attention to detail make her an invaluable part of the team.
On the insurance side, Sarah handles policy servicing from start to finish. She issues binders and Certificates of Insurance, processes endorsements and policy changes, and ensures clients receive timely and accurate documentation. Whether working with individuals or businesses, Sarah is known for her efficiency and commitment to delivering exceptional service.
As the agency’s bookkeeper, Sarah manages billing, collections, and premium applications for agency-billed accounts. She oversees payroll, issues monthly commission statements, pays office expenses, and maintains the agency’s QuickBooks records with precision and accuracy.
Outside the office, Sarah enjoys an active and vibrant lifestyle. You’ll often find her practicing yoga, hiking scenic trails, or attending concerts and music festivals.
